Split Air Conditioners
Split Air Conditioners is a self-contained air-conditioning system consisting of two
separate units:
• Indoor Unit – installed inside the room
• Outdoor Unit – installed outside the building at mainly roofs
Both units are connected by refrigerant piping, drain piping, and electrical/control cables.
The indoor unit cools the room air, while the outdoor unit rejects heat to the atmosphere.
Ducted Air Conditioners
Ductable Air Conditioner (Ducted Split) is an HVAC system where the indoor unit is
concealed above a false ceiling and conditioned air is distributed to multiple areas
through pre-insulated (P.I.) ducts or G.I. ducts and air outlets.
Only the air outlets (diffusers/grilles) are visible in the occupied space, giving a clean and
aesthetic appearance.
Cassette Air Conditioners
Cassette Air Conditioners is a type of ceiling-mounted split AC system installed within a
false ceiling (mostly in Kitchen & Gyms), with only the decorative panel visible in the
occupied space. It distributes conditioned air uniformly in four directions, ensuring even
cooling and enhanced comfort.
Floor-standing Air Conditioners
Floor-standing air conditioners (also called cabinet AC’s) which is a tall, vertical cooling unit that sits on the floor and cools a room by drawing in warm air, cooling it with a refrigerant system, and blowing the cool air back out. They’re especially useful for large spaces with high ceilings where wall-mounted units might not provide enough airflow.
VRF
VRF stands for Variable Refrigerant Flow — a modern HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air
Conditioning) technology that uses a variable amount of refrigerant to precisely match
the cooling/heating load in different parts (zones) of a building. Instead of fixed output
like traditional split systems, VRF systems modulate refrigerant flow and compressor
speed, so they deliver exact cooling/heating where needed.
Exhaust Fans
Bathroom exhaust fans are essential to remove moisture, odors, and pollutants, ensuring
a healthy, safe, and durable indoor environment.
Roof G.I. Ducting Repair
Maintenance and repair of roof GI (galvanized iron) ducting is needed mainly to prevent
corrosion, reduce energy loss, keep the HVAC system efficient and long-lasting
especially because roof conditions are harsh.
Aluminium Cladding for Roof Ducting
Aluminum cladding on roof GI ducting is essential to protect against weather and corrosion, safeguard insulation, improve energy eƯiciency, enhance safety, and extend the overall life of the HVAC duct system.
Kitchen Roof Fans
In centralized systems, multiple kitchen hoods or exhaust points are connected to a common vertical duct riser, which terminates at a high-capacity roof-mounted exhaust fan. The fan discharges contaminated air safely into the atmosphere, away from occupied areas. It is a critical exhaust system component that ensures safe, eƯicient, and removal of kitchen fumes, protecting occupants, improving hygiene, and supporting fire safety requirements.

Fire Rated Ducting
Fire Rated Ducting is a specially constructed HVAC duct system designed to maintain fire integrity for a specified duration when exposed to fire. It prevents the spread of fire and smoke through ductwork and ensures that critical ventilation systems remain operational or safely contained during a fire event. Fire rated ducts are tested and certified to withstand fire for 1 hour, 2 hours, or more, depending on project and authority requirements (such as QCDD).
